We have worked alongside the General Manager, her management team and HODs at The Royal Hospital for Women, Randwick, for NSW Health throughout 2021. In that time, we have improved the culture of the team and the whole hospital, in terms of its’ leadership, efficiency, communication and energy.

 

An on-going pilot study, into the impact of the Expect to Win program, shows a significant improvement in the overall performance of the hospital in terms of positive maternity deliveries.
